Back to work plan following the COVID-19 Pandemic

At such a tumultuous time whilst the world navigates this pandemic, we understand the concerns of our clients and our team. Given that the timing and nature of any further relaxation of restrictions is uncertain, we want to provide our clients more information as to how we plan to secure our business moving forward and, in turn, your safety.

Considering the renewed focus on health and public safety, we have created a ‘Back-to-Work Plan’ which incorporates best practices according to infection control experts. It is important that these steps are followed for the health, safety and well being of our clients and our team. We believe this will make everyone more comfortable when our services resume at our Salon.

Please read on to see the practical changes we will be implementing upon opening our doors again.


We are now taking bookings from the 6th of July to manage expectations. Whilst salon's may potentially be able to re open on the 4th of July at the earliest, our return to work date is not yet clear. 


Please note: Any bookings made for July onwards are subject to change based on government guidelines. 


  • All clients will be checked at the door with an infrared contactless thermometer upon their visit to the salon.

  • We reserve the right to decline services for any client that exhibits any signs of illness.

  • We request our clients wear a mask when visiting the salon. Should you not have a mask we can provide you one on your first visit to the salon upon reopening. Thereafter, we will require our clients to bring their own masks for future visits should this be at a time where still required.

  • Anti bacterial hand sanitiser will be provided at the door for clients to use on arrival. ​​

  • Appropriate personal protective equipment will be worn by our whole team and will be used where relevant.

  • At the beginning and end of each day and regularly between clients, we will disinfect our reception counter, door handles, phones, and stations with a UV sterilisation lamp which has a 99.9% anti bacterial rate.​


  • The team have been retrained on essential infection control and hand hygiene practices. All stylists and juniors have been certified in the Covid 19 Health & Safety course for Hair and Beauty professionals.

  • In the short term, we will be staggering appointments so that our Salon has minimal congestion. This will also allow us adequate time to properly sanitise our stations and disinfect in between each client.

  • Whilst our salon has always predominantly worked on an appointment system, we have accommodated walk ins where possible. For the short term, we will no longer be accepting walk ins and will operate solely on an appointment only system on our return.

  • We encourage the use of applications like Apple Pay & Google Pay, to limit interaction between Client and Stylist. Where this is not possible, of course our card machine touch pad will be disinfected frequently.  

  • In the short term, we will not be re - introducing magazines due to our inability to successfully disinfect such items.


  • Upon our return, we encourage our clients now more than ever to use our customer friendly online booking system on our Website, via Google or our Salon App to help us initiate contactless scheduling.​
